SEVERAL HUNDRED acres of rolling hills , roaming herds of Horses, Texas Longhorn Cattle & American Bison, next to a 1000 acre lake. Terrain varies from tall-grass prairie, springs, ponds, wet and dry to dense trees and a variety of natural vegetation.
Cottonwood buildings- Tradin Post, Saloon, working horse barn has period construction, may be used for both interiors and exteriors.

Back lot features both movable sets as well as a fixed, full-scale old west town street. Town is a mix of facade storefronts and functional interiors (Hotel, Saloon, Sheriff, Tradin Post, City Hall, Cottonwood Barn....). Town street is aligned north-south to make use of natural light.
6,000 Sq. foot metal building nearby is screened by trees from the Old West town, and may be used for operations, storage or as a sound stage. Includes electrical / water.
The Main Office or as we like to call it, Tradin Post, (also period cottonwood construction) features beverage service, and may be used as an exterior and has a wooden floor interior
Private air-conditioned bunkhouses for staff or small office.
30 amp. electrical hookups for production trailers, honey wagons, etc. Water (both treated municipal and natural well water) and sanitary station hookups. Restrooms include private hot showers.
Cellular telephone / pager / 2-way repeater service locally available, as well as landline availability by arrangement. (Cell site aprox 2.5 Mi. South)

Burlington Northern Railroad spur 3 miles straight south of main gate. Tracks parallel Historic U. S. Route 66. as well as the Turner Turnpike (4-lane divided toll). (see map).
Local airpark has 5,000 ft. runway, but distant enough to avoid traffic overhead.
International airports at Oklahoma City (28 miles) and Tulsa (80 miles), with fixed wing / helo rental available.

On-site livestock include Buffalo, Longhorn cattle herd, Horses (all gunshot-adapted, and most used to shoot from at battle re-enactments), goats, sheep, chickens, llama and exotic birds.
On-site props include period oak stagecoach, buckboards, chuck wagons.
Local labor includes non-union, Real
Cowboys, craftsmen, animal & kid wranglers, background artists
and extras casting. Re-enactors provided researched and period-correct
wardrobe, weapons, smaller props, and a strong, no-nonsense work ethic. (Military
re-enactors have extensive and on-going training in their field, saving you
valuable time with authenticity and safety orientation. Re-enactors also
follow their respective company's chain-of-command, greatly simplifying
co-ordination and instruction.).
Many Old West re-enacting companies are associated with the ranch,
